What a garbage block from Tech,” one fan tweeted.“What a completely unnecessary and dirty block by Texas Tech on that return. Hope Brooks is alright but that looked terrible,” another fan added.“Texas Tech’s Eli Howard ought to be tossed for that cheap shot low block on a defenseless Kennedy Brooks.
