Two more due in court over Dale Creighton death

first_imgTWO MORE MEN are due in court tomorrow charged in connection with the death of Dale Creighton in Tallaght on New Year’s Day.The two men, both aged in their 20s, are expected to appear before a sitting of Tallaght District Court tomorrow morning where they will be charged in connection with the investigation into the death of 20-year-old Creighton.A third male, also aged in his 20s and who was arrested on Friday, has been released without charge.In total six people have been brought before the courts and charged in relation to Creighton’s death in hospital on Thursday. This followed an assault on Saint Dominic’s Road in the south Dublin suburb in the early hours of Wednesday morning.David Burke (25), with an address at Village Square, Tallaght, in Dublin 24 and James O’Brien (21) of Avonbeg Drive, Tallaght were both charged with violent disorder under Section 15 of the Criminal Justice Act at a special court sitting yesterday.Also charged are Graham Palmer, 24, of Homelawn Road; Aisling Burke, 20, Bolbrook Grove; Ross Callery, 20, Westpark, all from Tallaght and all three charged with violent disorder.James Reid, 23, also of Homelawn Road, was charged with producing a knife during the row.Read: Two more men charged in relation to death of Dale Creightonlast_img
