He brought it to a jewellers but decided not to sell it.“My grandfather was a reverend. He raised me from the time I was six-months-old and thank the good Lord, it’s a blessing, but I do still have some character.”Darling said she will be “eternally grateful” that he still had the ring when she returned the following day. “It seemed like a miracle. I thought for sure there was no way I would get it back.“I think in our world we often jump to like the worst conclusion, and it just makes you realize that there are good people out there.”More than 6,200 people have donated to Krejci’s GiveForward campaign, with 79 days still remaining.“Billy Ray and I got together for an hour or so yesterday afternoon,” wrote in a blog post on Saturday. “We talked about what he’s planning to do with the donations. The details would be better left for later but know that he has a very solid plan and a very solid way of making it happen.”last_img
